Pixel Print 3 is the most recent evolution in the pixel-based digital artwork I have focused on for editioned prints. In this rendition, I maintained the pixel size and format but introduced 10 semi-transparent colors that layer over each other up to 4 times to create a myriad of hues. This was also the first time that I tried to use digital pixels to mimic the intersecting parallel lines of my hand-drawn works. This print was released as a free digital download during the early days of the 2020 pandemic lockdown, in the spirit of creative human solidarity.
